A DAY IN THE CITY

Yesterday we went to Kansas City to meet with our tax lady. We also had some fun time with our 2 sons and a couple of our grandkids. Later in the day, John & Melanie had asked if they could take us out for dinner and with a little persuading, I convinced my husband to stay. We had a delightful meal at a Japanese Steakhouse and it was fun to watch the meal being prepared in front of us. Roger & DeeDee joined us also. We had taken Karen Staib along with us because she was interested in selecting some flooring and carpet for her home so she enjoyed the meal with us too. Below you see her trying to catch a shrimp that the chef had tossed her way. We had a great time and it's always fun to be with our family.
