JULIE IS CELEBRATING HER BIRTHDAY TODAY

Our daughter, Julie Anne, is celebrating her 43rd birthday today. Julie is our oldest daughter and has been such a blessing to our family. She was blessed with a kind and sensitive spirit and became a great model for our daughters. She is a great mom to her four children, and a loving wife to Phil. These are very busy years for Julie and Phil as they serve the Lord and raise their family. We love you Julie and trust you have a wonderful birthday!

JIM IS SEVENTY TODAY

My brother, Jim, has his seventieth birthday today. Jim is such a special brother. He loves the Lord and it is evident in his life. He has always been so helpful and encouraging. God spared his life when he was 11 and we are so grateful for the blessing he has been to his family and his friends. We love you, Jim, and pray this will be a great year.

MERYN IS NINE TODAY

Today our granddaughter, Meryn Lanker, is nine years old. Meryn is full of life and loves life. She is busy with gymnastics, volleyball, and piano. We have the joy of having her with us often because she lives in Hutchinson. She is a thoughtful and loving Christian girl. 

Meryn is one of our special blessings and we look forward to see what God has in mind for her life.

ROGER TURNS FORTY-FOUR TODAY

Forty-four years ago we were blessed with the birth of our first son. We were thrilled to have a baby boy. Roger has been such a blessing to us as parents and to his siblings. 

He is generous and helpful and always had a heart for business. He has become a successful business man.

MY HONEY IS SEVENTY

Today we are celebrating Rog's 70th birthday. 

God gave me a man who had been praying for me years before he met me and I'm so thankful for Rog's love for God and his desire to be all God wants him to be.
We have had over 45 years together, Six great children and twenty-four grandchildren. God has been very gracious to us and if God is willing we look forward to more years to come. We are grateful for God's leading in our lives. I love you very much Honey!

RAEGAN IS THE BIRTHDAY GIRL TODAY

Today is our granddaughter Raegan's birthday and she is 5 years old. We came up to Kansas City today so we were able to stop by and wish her a happy birthday in person. She had just gotten home from school and was ready to have a birthday party. I think they were going to eat at Chuck e Cheese and then go home and have presents.

She is in kindergarten and loves school. Raegan is a little go getter and always a lot of fun.

She is growing up so quickly and is looking more like her big sis every day. We love you Raegan and hope you have a wonderful day.

SUSAN IS 36

Our youngest daughter, Susan, has her 36th birthday today. Susan is a blessing and such a busy mom and wife. She is very organized and helps us with that as well. We are blessed to have Susan and Greg and their four children in Hutch. We love you, Susan, and delight to see the ways God is using you.

ELISA IS 38 TODAY

Today is Elisa's 38th birthday. I used this picture because this is how she spends many hours. Running is her love and she does a very good job of it. She almost beat a 14 year old a while back so I think she is doing well. She is a wonderful wife and mommy and even has time to work at chilis on a part-time basis. She also runs with her hubby and is coaching her kids as they are interested in running with her. She is involved in church as well and soon will have all 4 of her children in school this year.

MELANIE IS 31 TODAY

Today is Melanie's birthday and she is 31 today. Melanie is a wonderful Mommy, wife, and daughter-in-law. She keeps very busy with 3 of our grandchildren and keeps them involved in a lot of activities. She is involved in church activities and right now she is going to have to play nurse to her hubby, John, who is facing knee surgery in a couple of weeks.

Today Phil and Meredith share their birthdays. Phil is 44 and Meredith is 8. We are blessed to have Phil as a son-in-law. He is a great dad and husband and dearly loves his family. OUR TWIN GRANDSONS ARE FIFTEEN TODAY

It does not seem like fifteen years have gone by since these two grandsons joined our family. Brendon and Caleb are two fine young men that are ready to go into high school. They are eager to learn and are always willing to help with anything we ask of them. The above picture was taken the evening they were promoted to 9th grade. 

They are active in their church youth group and are going to camp this next week. We are eager to see where the Lord leads them and how He uses their lives to serve Him. We love you Brendon and Caleb and pray that you will stay right where God can use your lives to honor Him.

GREG CELEBRATES THIRTY-FIVE YEARS TODAY

Our son-in-law, Greg Lanker, is thirty-five years old today. We are blessed to have him and his family living in Hutchinson. Greg is always ready to help with those technical problems that we get into. He is a good father and husband and we pray for his safety on the fire department.

OLDEST GRANDSON

Taylor is the oldest of our twenty-four grandchildren. He is 20 years old today.

We pray that God will work out His plan in Taylor's life and that he will follow it.

ELI TURNS EIGHT YEARS OLD TODAY

Eli is eight years old today. His family now has a lab puppy and that puppy gets more loving than he knows what to do with. You know which one is Eli because he is often looking over his glasses in pictures(little professor:) 

Eli is a fun loving young man and loves to visit with people of all ages. We think that Eli may become a preacher some day and we pray he will follow the Lord as he continues to grow and love Him with all his heart.

DAWSON CELEBRATES # 12

Today is our grandson Dawson's 12th birthday. Just a couple of weeks ago we went fishing with him so that is where this picture was taken.(at Table Rock Lake) 

Dawson enjoys school and was involved in basketball and track this year in school.  We love you Dawson and trust you have a great birthday. We will see you soon at "Camp Gramma".

EVAN IS TEN TODAY

Evan is 10 years old today. I sang to him this morning and then he was off to school. I think they had a party after school and it looks like he enjoyed some good eating as well. 

Evan is always busy and has a big heart for God. He finally has a dog that he has wanted for a long time so I'm sure he is enjoying Buster(a black lab).
